• You can watch videos on Mytutur-video without having a Mytutor-video Account .
• Certain other activities on Mytutor-video —like uploading videos, posting comments, flagging videos or watching restricted videos—require you to have a Mytur-video Account . We ask for some personal information when you create a Mytutor-video Account , including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorised access.
• Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose online becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.
• A user may, at any time, change, correct, modify or delete any personal information they may have provided to Mytutor by sending an e-mail . Users can also unsubscribe from any newsletters or opt out of various promotional e-mailings at any time by sending an e-mail to the same address, or by clicking on "unsubscribe" links in each of our newsletters or emails.
2. Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions


• Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other users when you upload videos or send messages through the Mytutor-video Sites and other users can contact you through messages and comments. Any videos that you submit to the Mytutor Sites may be redistributed through the Internet and may be viewed by the general public.
• We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent . We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Mytutur-video Site changes or for customer service purposes).
